Mission

Supervise the activities of the sales teams in the segments and geographies under their responsibility, according to the operational plan and commercial strategy defined for their geography.

Main Responsibilities

Propose the commercial plan of sales activities for the segments and geographic areas to the commercial team that coordinates;

Operational management of the sales team by monitoring the sales managers' visit plans, ensuring compliance with the agreed sales plan;

Support the team in responding to customer requests/needs;

Detect, collect and report the needs detected in the market for the strategic orientation of the global segments and ensure the suitability of the applications and products to the needs of the market;

Identify and develop solutions together with customers or technical teams of the business partner to ensure technical knowledge of the properties of the products/applications, ensuring the development of solutions tailored to the needs of customers.

Profile

Higher Education in Economics, Management or other relevant area;

Minimum 3 year experience in the commercial area in the field of building materials and / or technical solutions;

Experience in the commercial relationship with distributors;

Knowledge in acoustic solutions will be a valued factor;

Professional experience in multinational companies and multicultural environments;

Good knowledge of the industrial sector;

Leadership profile oriented to team management;

Communication, proactivity and initiative skills developed;

Strong customer orientation, results and business.
