Main Responsibilities
Manage the daily production plan;
Ensure production according to the standards, following the objectives;
Propose and follow the indicators of Quality, Cost and Time;
Ensure compliance with the ACC Principles;
Integrate newcomers;
Orient the employees who are under their responsibility;
Balancing the number of people in the teams;
Guide the team to comply with company norms;
Develop polyvalence and multi-competence;Apply and ensure the application of security rules.
Profile
Higher education in the areas of Engineering Mechanics, Industrial Management or other relevant area;
Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role, namely related to the management of productive teams in a multinational environment with a strong culture of continuous improvement;
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools;
Strong guidance on quality issues;
Strong planning and organizational capacity;
Leadership spirit and high ability to work as a team;
Good knowledge of English;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
