Production Supervisor Opportunity
As the first hierarchical responsible of the production operators, its mission is to manage the teams, their performance and development, guaranteeing the hygiene and safety of the work area, providing conditions for an execution that make the deviations visible.
Manage the daily production plan;
Ensure production according to the standards, following the objectives;
Propose and follow the indicators of Quality, Cost and Time;
Ensure compliance with the ACC Principles;
Integrate newcomers;
Orient the employees who are under their responsibility;
Balancing the number of people in the teams;
Guide the team to comply with company norms;
Develop polyvalence and multi-competence;Apply and ensure the application of security rules.
Higher education in the areas of Engineering Mechanics, Industrial Management or other relevant area;
Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role, namely related to the management of productive teams in a multinational environment with a strong culture of continuous improvement;
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools;
Strong guidance on quality issues;
Strong planning and organizational capacity;
Leadership spirit and high ability to work as a team;
Good knowledge of English;
Advanced knowledge of Excel;
Knowledge of SAP (preferred).
